The Ministry of Economy, in partnership with Sebrae, offers suppliers the Compras.gov.br application, providing the opportunity to track procurement processes within the Compras.gov.br system.

With an intuitive layout and modern design, the application brings speed, practicality, and agility to the navigation and operation of tenders conducted through the Compras.gov.br system.

For those who are not government suppliers yet, it is possible to accredit your company directly through the application, enabling participation in government procurement processes.

For electronic dispensation mode, it is possible to register proposals using the application. In this new version, it is now feasible to submit bids for purchases made through electronic dispensation.

Discover some functionalities of the application:

• Accredit my company: Accredit your company in the Sicaf system - Unified Supplier Registration System by only providing your CNPJ/CPF, which allows you to participate in tender processes. Note: It is essential that your company's registration with the Federal Revenue Service is active.
• Proposal registration: It is possible to register proposals for electronic dispensation through the application. Simply select a current electronic dispensation with an open registration deadline. The proposal will be available both in the application and on the web.
• Bid submission: Bids can be submitted for purchases made through electronic dispensations in the application. Select the procedure with the valid bid submission deadline, choose the desired item in dispute, and submit your bid. Proposal registration for the respective item is required for bid submissions.
• Biometric login: Biometric login ensures secure access without needing to input credentials afresh.
• Filters: Customize your view and receive notifications related to procurement processes and messages by applying filters. To view procurement processes and receive notifications, selection of at least one supply line is necessary.
• Opportunities: View ongoing procurement processes with valid proposal deadlines sorted according to applied filters.
• Messages: Receive official communications within the application related to favorited processes or submitted proposals, as well as messages containing notices, clarifications, and objections.
• Commitments: A schedule of commitments enables you to view upcoming tasks.
• Participations: Allows suppliers who have submitted proposals to monitor electronic transactions since 2017.
• Favorites: Marking processes or items as favorites includes them in your list of commitments for easier follow-up on specific events related to favorited processes or items.
• User linkage between Compras.gov.br and app via GOV.BR: The user's CPF registered on Compras.gov.br will now be linked to GOV.BR for easier access to content across different devices, accessing procurement processes, favorites, and saved filters conveniently.
• Help: An area with guidelines on using the main features of the application.
• Download Tender Documents: Quick and easy access to tender documents.
• Process Sharing: Share procurement process data with your contacts.
